Help Save 500 Kittens!
Every spring and summer, thousands of vulnerable kittens flood shelters and rescues. At Pets In Need, we're stepping up with a bold goal: to save 500 kittens this season — but we can't do it without you.
Whether you're able to donate to our Kitten Season fund, send supplies from our Amazon Wish List, or join our upcoming foster webinar to learn how you can care for kittens at home, your support makes a lifesaving difference.
big dog Adoption Fees reduced 50%
We’re not kidding when we say our pets rock! While we don’t have Pet Rocks, we DO have big dogs with even bigger hearts looking for loving homes.
For a limited time, all large dogs (50+ lbs.) at Pets In Need have 50% off adoption fees—because the only thing better than a big dog is a big dog in a loving home!
Pet of the Week: Wingman
Meet Wingman! This 2-year-old Dobermann may be a little shy at first, but once he trusts you, he’s all love, loyalty, and cuddles. Treats are the way to his heart—and once you’re in, he’ll never leave your side.
Wingman is looking for a patient, loving home where he can truly shine. Ready to meet your new best friend?
Now until April 13th, Wingman and all large dogs (50+ lbs.) at Pets In Need have 50% off adoption fees!

What we do
As a 501(c) 3 non-profit animal shelter, we transfer in dogs and cats from public shelters where they are in danger of being euthanized due to space or financial limitations. We then provide them with the best possible care and enrichment until we can help them find their forever homes.
Get Involved
As a non-profit organization, everything we do is made possible through donations of funds, supplies, and time from members of the community. There are many ways to support Pets In Need, including fostering, volunteering and donating cash or in-kind gifts that help us carry out our life-saving mission.
Volunteer your time
We are constantly in search of animal lovers to join our volunteer team and help socialize, exercise, and train our dogs and cats.
Make a Donation
Gifts from the general public are our lifeblood. They allow us to provide our animals with essential care. We are totally supported by private gifts, adoption, and program fees.
