Ask your employer if a donation to Pets In Need can automatically be deducted from your paycheck and if they will match that gift.

Online
Make an online donation directly to Pets In Need. Once you have received a receipt, follow your company’s procedure on how to make a matching gift request.

Mail a Check to Us
Send your donation directly to Pets In Need at 871 Fifth Ave, Redwood City, CA 94062. Once you have received your confirmation letter, follow your company’s procedure on how to make a matching gift request.

Employers Participating in Matching Gifts Programs

Below is a list of companies that will match your donation. Please note the list is not comprehensive. If you don’t see your company on the list, reach out to your Human Resources Department to see if your company has a matching gift program.

+ Adobe Systems Inc.

  • Donation Amount: $1 to $10,000
  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their matching gift requests along with a receipt electronically at https://adobe.benevity.org/.

+ Applied Materials, Inc.

  • Donation Amount: $25 to $2,000
  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees should make their donation and match requests electronically at https://amat.yourcause.com/. Donations must be made through the Applied Materials Giving Platform to be eligible for matching.

+ Apple Inc.

  • Donation Amount: $1 to $10,000
  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their matching gift requests along with an electronic receipt electronically at https://apple.benevity.org/.

+ AT&T

  • Donation Amount: $25 to $250
  • Cause Card Program: Employee pledges will be eligible for a Cause Card on a sliding scale based on a percentage of total giving. These Cause Cards are expected to range from $25 - $250. Employees will be notified of the value of the Cause Card and the deadline by which they need to redeem it by making a recommendation for an AT&T Foundation grant to an eligible 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.

  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees should submit their matching gift requests electronically at https://avanadegives.benevity.org/.

+ Cadence Design Systems, Inc.

  • Donation Amount: $25 to $500
  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: While connected to the company intranet, employees should go to https://cadence.benevity.org/ to submit match requests electronically.

+ The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative

  • Donation Amount: $25 to $1,000
  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees can download a copy of the most up-to-date matching gift form directly from the company intranet by searching for "matching gifts" (recommended method).

+ The Clorox Company

  • Donation Amount: $25 to $2,500
  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their matching gift requests electronically by going to https://cloroxgives.benevity.org/. Alternatively you can access Clorox's matching gift program through the company intranet by searching for "GIFT" or "Matching Gift".

  • Match Ratio: 1:1
  • Submission Process: Employees should search the company intranet for matching gifts while connected to the company intranet to locate the most up to date electronic submission link. Alternatively, Employees should submit their requests electronically at https://google.benevity.org/.

  • Submission Process: Employees can go to https://linkedingives.benevity.org/ to submit their match requests. In order to access the submission pages, employees need to log in or be connected to the company intranet.
